30-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your Natural Selection Fightwear purchase. If the fit is not right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unworn, unwashed and unused;
• in its original condition;
• returned with all original packaging, tags and labels attached;
• free from damage, marks, odour, stains, deodorant residue, pet hair or signs of wear.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

How Returns Work

To start a return, please email us at:

Please include:

• your order number;
• the item you would like to return;
• the reason for your return;
• whether you would prefer a refund or exchange, where available.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit where appropriate.

Returned items for exchange must meet the same condition requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or the item is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• items that have been worn, washed or used;
• items without original tags or packaging;
• items marked as final sale;
• gift cards;
• items damaged due to misuse, improper care or normal wear and tear.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect item, or believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at naturalselectiongear@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Returns Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where required by law.
